Senior Game Writer & Narrative Designer
~About Me~
Holding physical copies of indie titles I had the pleasure of working on.
My dreams of making games for a living began when I helped create UCSC's first commercial student game project. Since then, I've built a full-time remote career collaborating with teams around the world to bring story and gameplay together in meaningful ways.
From comedy to sci-fi to Westerns, I've worked across a wide range of genres, though I'm especially drawn to fantasy worlds shaped by myth and adventure. My love of making people laugh also carries naturally into my writing. I owe my continued success to systems thinking (we write for gameplay, not just story), editorial precision (the "last line" of narrative quality), and championing player choice.
Above all, I'm a gamer at heart! When I'm not writing for games, I'm playing them, studying design and narrative decisions while getting lost in the journey.
